RecallQuill stores the study material you choose to save, generated cards, review schedules, quiz attempts, generation provenance, and account preferences so your library works across devices.

Services we use

Google Firebase provides authentication and cloud storage. Vercel hosts the application and provides privacy-conscious Web Analytics. Sentry receives technical error details. Resend delivers contact replies and the daily study reminders you explicitly enable.

Optional Luna generation

The private deterministic engine does not send your source to an AI model provider. If you explicitly select Luna and confirm the disclosure, the source is sent through Vercel AI Gateway to OpenAI GPT-5.6 Luna for that generation. The saved output includes the model, source hash, token usage, and generation time.

Local recovery

A labelled, account-scoped recovery copy may remain in this browser so a recent cloud library can be opened during a temporary outage. Signing out does not remove cloud data. Account deletion removes the cloud library and this browser's recovery copy.

Control and retention

You can export individual decks or your entire account, disable reminders, delete decks, or permanently delete the account from Settings. We do not sell personal data or study content.
